Disappearance of Stefan Nystrom: Martyr or Monster? Or Neither?
See also Directory:WaveReaper On Sept. 3, 2008, Rense.com published an article stating that Stefan Nystrom, who was involved in an ocean wave energy technology that allegedly could have provided electricity cleanly at 5% the cost of fossil-based power, appears to have disappeared suddenly under suspicious circumstances, and may even have been killed.
In probing this report, New Energy Congress member, Robert L Pritchett discovered that a person by this same name (not known if it is the same person; both of Sweden) has an extensive criminal record. Pritchett questions 1) whether this technology is viable, able to truly provide energy so cheaply; 2) whether Nystrom was truly the originator of the technology; and 3) whether Nystrom's alleged disappearance may be an elaborate scheme to evade investor debt.
The following information is compiled to let the reader be informed and thus possibly get closer to the truth of the matter. Is the Stefan Nystrom of WaveReaper a different person from the man with the criminal record? If he is the same, then this casts a different spin on the alleged technology and his dramatic disappearance.
If it turns out that the Stefan Nystrom of WaveReaper is not the same Stefan Nystrom of Australia/Sweden of dubious fame, then our apologies (and empathy) are in order.
CORRECTIONS:
- We learned on September 07, 2008 that Stefan Nystrom of WaveReaper is not dead, but was injured, and is on the mend.

I made some enquiries for you;
Enquiry on bank number - Wavepartner Following the link
You see a bank nr. 5894-9199. This goes to the Swedish BankGiro system (one of the major banking systems) mainly used by businesses. You have to the right an place named "Sök bankgironummer" (Seek bankgiro number). I you fill in the number there and click on the "Sök", you vill get this information related to the number:
1. O2 GRUPPEN Company
2. HAGAGRÄND 1 Address
3. 113 27 STOCKHOLM
4. ORGNR: 012415-0087 The ID-number given to all individuals and companys, mainly of tax-reasons but the most important information to have when looking into a individual or company.
Enquiry on ID (connected to bank nr.)
Then I called the authority registering companys in Sweden, PRV
1. They did inform me that the above number was not any company number.
2. They thought it might be an ID-number of an estate (non living individual). Given the date 01 (could be 1991 or 2001) this might be so.

is the main registrator of both individual and company IDs. To get information regarding the above org. nr. I have sent an e-mail enquiry to Skatteverket. Possibly answer later today or tomorow.

You cannot seek info. at PRV on personal names, only by ID-number and company names.
I tried for info. on both O2-Gruppen and WaveReaper, but PRV did not find any companies in those names.< br>
Info. at WaveReaper site. At the WaveReaper site there is the following info: All donors will recieve stock, in WavePartner Ltd, when it is formed as following:
This (Ltd.) indicate that they will use a England based company and that it is not yet formally started. To use a company registred in England or an other EU-country and yet having the business activity in Sweden is now fully legal.
Info. from Peter Kjaerboe His family name is Norweigan (or nabour country) and he is a doctorand at the main technical shool for higher studies or research in Sweden. I just called him on the number indicated at the WaveReaper site. He sounds lika a serious and nice man and I explanied for him the large attention this case have got by publicity at Rense.com and Free Energy News.
He informed me that the ID-number goes to an "idiell förening" (non goverment organisation / NGO). Such a org. may be registred locally (county), thats probably way PRV did'nt have any info. He told me that Stefan worked with them on not day-to-day basis (but in other words), that something had happend (assault or robbery) and that Swedish embassy personel was going to visit Stefan. Kjaerboe was not mutch of a conspiracy teorist, and was more into a robbery theory as he told me Stefan are going around in Africa carrying an expencive laptop.
I asked for more detailed info. on Stefan and. Kjaerboe told me that Stefan is from "mellansverige" (middle Sweden), indicating south of Stockholm. When asking for ID-number or adress etc. he told me that he had such info. at home and that he should send me info. by e-mail. I told him of your article and that he either could send it direct to you, or to me for later forwarding to you.
Also regarding Stefan Nyström, he told me that it was an individual who wanted to do good things here in life (but in other words), and that he was a doer, not liking the time many business projects takes.
I did reach Kjaerboe on number XXX XX XX XXX (country nr. are 046 here in Sweden).
Non Similarity of Portraits, The portraits of both the Australian and African Stefan Nyström is at hand on internet.
As you can see by the portraits there are some differences:
1. They have not the same hairstyle.
2. They have not the same aeybrows.
3. The inventor are more athletic.<br.
4. They have different mout composture.<br.
Regarding the Business I took a fast look at the different innovations at http://www.o2gruppen.se/ To me their activity seems okey. The ideas seems oriented to marine ecological solutions, something that is very much in need and rightly timed. Regarding the WaveReaper I took notice that the money they are asking for is very small, indicating that they do not have substantial business experience.
Regarding the debate comments by Stefan (the inventor) on Vaken.se His comments is somewath excentric but that not unusuall when it comes to inventors.
I will send you Stefans ID-number possible within 24 hours. Hope the above can be of help for the time being.

As noted in the article, nobody from the company has responded yet. The Project Manager may be the one who wrote the "O2gruppen excerp". Stefan's sister said he was taking classes in Swedish. If he is still in Sweden, it should be easy to make contact with him. Since you are in Sweden, can you make the phone calls locally and 1) verify the other two principles in the company have contact information for Stefan Nystrom and 2) let us know if these are the same person?

With this information You can contact the Swedish taxauthorities (Skatteverket) and get his ID-number. We've also tried finding any patents on the technology and have been unsuccessful. Can you please verify for us if the business is legitimate?
Any help will be greatly appreciated in our search for the truth.

As you can see, the debate by Stefan Nystrom is written in Swedish. As a native swede I can inform you that the language is almost perfect. The only fault is that he hasn't any dots above åäö, - this indicates the location in Africa and abcent of a Swedish keyboard.
If you the take a look at page 7 of the link you submitted "Family Rights: Nystrom v Australia", you can see that the deported Mr. Nyström, newer has learned the Swedish langue:
19. Conversely, Mr Nystrom has few, if any, ties with Sweden. There has been little contact between the Authors and Mrs Nystrom’s family in Sweden. Prior to his deportation, Mr Nystrom did not know the names of his cousins or aunts and uncles, where they lived or what they did. He has never learnt the Swedish language. He has never received Swedish social security or other government benefits, never voted in a Swedish election, and never paid or been asked to pay any Swedish tax. He has also never been called for mandatory national service in Sweden. Until his removal from Australia, Mr Nystrom had not received any communication from the government of Sweden. Therefore the "Australian" Stefan Nyström cannot be the same individual as the inventor Stefan Nyström, sending out distress messages fråm Ghana, Africa. For Your information all swedes hade a ID-number based on their birthday (xxxxxx-xxxx). The Australian Stefan Nyström's number (born in Sweden) start out as: 731231-XXXX as the above document indicates: ... Mr Nystrom was born on 31 December 1973 in Sweden ...
Another way to confirm the above would be to contact, the inventors "Wavereaper" business associates. You should ask if he was a registred owner of the company or had a registred possition in the company, or if they could give you his last known address in Sweden. With this information You can contact the Swedish taxauthorities (Skatteverket) and get his ID-number. This number can also be had if You know his last address, or if he is registred in the company by asking the companies register (PRV).

Question: Is this the right Stefan Nystrom? Answer: No.
Mr. Stefan Lars Nystrom has a long criminal record in Australia and has served a number of prison terms. As a result, in 2004 the Minister cancelled his visa on the grounds that he failed to pass the character test. One of the charges he went to prison for was raping a 10-year old boy. His criminal record indicates he had 127 counts for armed robbery, etc. His last encounter with the Australian police before deportation was being found with marijuana in his possession. His work history included doing auto detailing for a while.
Communication to UN Human Rights Committee under First Optional Protocol to the ICCPR (April 2007)
The Human Rights Law Resource Centre acts for Stefan Nystrom, Britt Nystrom (mother) and Annette Turner (sister).
"Stefan Nystrom was born in 1973 and, until very recently, had lived permanently in Australia since he was 27 days old. He is a Swedish citizen but has no relevant ties to Sweden or any State other than Australia.
On 22 December 2006, we submitted to the Human Rights Committee a Request for Urgent Interim Measures in relation to the imminent deportation that was then faced by Mr Nystrom. That request was denied by the Special Rapporteur on New Communications and Interim Measures and Mr Nystrom was deported from Australia to Sweden on 29 December 2006.
In our initial request, we foreshadowed that we would submit a more detailed form of individual communication for the consideration of the Human Rights Committee."

Another Alternative Energy Inventor Killed?

Pay close attention to the danger signals.
"A man by the name of Stefan Nystrom invented a way to generate energy from ocean waves that he claims would cost 5% of what coal energy does.
He set up a proto-type in Ghana and, initially, claims to have found many potential investors. However, suddenly problems started to pop up. {Where is the prototype and how did he get to Ghana from Sweden?}
The investors, originally extremely enthusiastic, started to back off. He was offered bribes in order to quit. Finally, he began to be harassed by Ghanaian police and mercenaries. (Where is the money the investors provided back in Sweden?}
He contacted me in hopes of getting protection. I told him to come to Japan. He told me he was not allowed to leave the country. {If he was in Sweden and considered to be a Swedish citizen, why was he not allowed to leave Ghana?} He said they had taken parts from his prototype. I said I would see what I could do.
Before I could do anything, yesterday I received a disturbing set of phone calls from a very scared sounding Mr. Nystrom. "They tried to kill me three times today," he screamed into the phone. Then I lost contact with him, and his phone has been switched off. {Is the money still in the Swedish bank account?}
In his last call, he asked me to make his technology public. So, here below is a description of his technology. Would people please pass it on and would as many people, in a tribute to a man who has probably been killed by mercenaries hired by the oil industry, and make sure that prototypes are developed. {The technology page is all over the Internet now.}
