"I would like to offer my time and knowledge to the New Energy Congress in regards to testing the efficiency of producing hydrogen from water. I'm currently working on a process to combine Victor Schauberger's vortex science along with U.S. Patent 5561982 (G.patent; PDF) (Method for Energy separation and utilization in a vortex tube which operates with pressure not exceeding atmospheric pressure) and U.S. Patent 4394230 (G.patent; PDF) (Method and apparatus for splitting water molecules) to see if by combining these various methods I can improve the efficiency of electrolysis.
"I will be using National Instruments Labview to test and compile my theories."
