Green Mileage Maker by Vapster, Inc. - Patent-pending device uses an electrical heater rather than exhaust to pre-heat the fuel, resulting in improvements in mileage by 20-30%, as well as a reduction in emissions by 80%, confirmed by a Florida university. Combined with hydroxy devices, the improvement in mileage goes as high as 45%. (PESWiki; July 1, 2009) (Comment at Examiner.com)
  • EcoTube - Fits inside the radiator hose and preheats the fuel while applying a vortex, which excites the fuel at the molecular level to produce better combustion. Reported gains are from 5% to 48% with the average saving at 20%.
  • Clackamas engineers' invention improves fuel economy - Vapor Fuel Technologies has five patents in hand and four pending. And a certified testing lab last year in Southern California documented a 30 percent mileage increase in a Ford F-150 with the Vapor Fuel system. "Timing is everything," said Joe Jones, the California lab's research director. "And certainly their timing is right." (Oregon Live; June 13, 2008)
  • FuelVerter - Simple device is basically a heat exchanger that uses the radiator fluid to pre-heat the fuel, resulting in a more efficient burn, more power, reduced emissions, prolonged engine life. The patent pending design is universal, easy to install, maintenance-free, and retails at ~$200 USD.
  • Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter Coming Soon - Better World Technologies presents a catalytic converter replacement that legally pre-treats the fuel for complete combustion, rather than burning what is left over after incomplete combustion. Pre-heating the fuel along a rod turns the fuel into plasma, to burn a wide varieties of fuel efficiently and cleanly.
  • Complete Vaporization through Proper Pre-heating - Anthony P. O'Donnell gives an account of a series of experiments he performed to increase fuel efficiency by heating the fuel using the exhaust from his car. Successes and shortcomings presented.
