The Hydro Assist Fuel Cell is a combination of three known fuel saving technologies in conjunction with a sophisticated computerized emission system optimizer. The first of these technologies is a fuel cell that extracts a Hydrogen-Oxygen (hydrogen generator) mixture from distilled water introducing the vapor gas into the air intake system of the engine. The second being a vaporizer containing 6 powerful magnets to help vaporize and ionize the fuel to break it down into smaller sized molecules for easier consumption. The third known technology incorporated is an additive that breaks down the covalent bond of the fuel consisting of 1/3 part acetone, 1/3 part xylene and 1/3 part specially formulated mixture that ships with the HAFC Kit. The HAFC technology will be included in the final Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter product.

The critical component and brain of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell technology is a computerized optimizer that actually teaches your on-board computer to accept the increases in fuel economy. Emission systems intentionally designed by the auto manufactures to make sure you get absolutely no better fuel economy than they programmed the system to accept. Since 1996 and OBD II any attempt to enhance fuel economy beyond a 10-20% (varies by manufacture) maximum limit will trigger the system into a "full rich" mode destroying any savings achieved.

March 28, 2008

An HAFC dealer said that the various HAFC dealers have been comparing notes regarding their own installations, and agree that once the HAFC system is installed correctly (adjusting for the sensors properly), not only are they seeing at least a 50% improvement in mileage, but some are even getting as much as a 2x improvement in mileage.

It has taken them some time to get the point where they are able to tune the sensors properly. It's not a simple process, so the kit installation will require specially trained mechanics.

The company is as much as 3 months behind in fulfilling their orders. Dennis Lee is without a secretary and a phone because things are so tight. Some Dealers are turning against him. It's a precarious time.

On Jan. 15, 2008, Eric Krieg wrote: "Dennis Lee claims to creditors to be bankrupt but has just instrumented a huge mass publicity campaign for a super high mileage scam. In this one, they get mechanics to register to supposedly learn how to use kits (about a grand a piece) to convert cars to get typically doubled mileage. Dennis doesn't care that a number of state AG's have ordered him to never do any business in their states again. This time he is trying to claim to only be a spokesperson."

We are in the middle of the CARB Certification process now and may have it completed by years end. It involves quite a detailed protocol and then of course the test. Once completed, I believe this information will be available to the public direct from CARB.

Everything on the company's site as well as my site can be documented to any Attorney General in the country.

Many things have been proven to improve fuel economy, Brown's Gas included, but unless you can fool [the car's] you are back to square one. We [...] have solved that problem.
