How it Works
It is powered indirectly by surrounding light during the day, followed by energy transference from a primary coil to a secondary coil during the night and therefore, does not need to store energy or charge an electrochemical cell at any time.
In the dark it is only powered by induction so here there exists a slight energy consumption cost. The two systems work independently of one another. No energy is stored for future consumption.
The number of Lux/Lumen varies considerably according to environmental conditions - from a slight glow to a bright glow. It delivers a nice decorative effect, similar to a "night light" (it cannot be compared to a 40-watt lamp).

Costs
It should not cost more than the solar powered garden lamps. There are no energy costs during sufficient daylight.
