I have been looking for anything showing proof that the DOE is, or has been, testing Refined Global Solutions Inc.'s oil bypass filter tech. And they have! Here is the link (http://www.eere.energy.gov/vehiclesandfuels/avta/pdfs/oilbypass/oilfilter_qtr9_04.pdf) to a 20 page PDF file from the DOE where RGS is included in the tests of "oil bypass filters."
If you go down to the very end titled Summary, the results are very positive! They goofed on the date on the very first page, It should say October-December 2004.
