From PESWiki

Feature page regarding the "Water4Gas (http://pesnetwork.water4gas.hop.clickbank.net)" ebook by Ozzy Freedom that provides instructions on how to build an on-board electrolizer for your car. The completed system produces hydroxy gas to inject into the air intake of the vehicle for improved mileage and performance, as well as reduced emissions.

The product is advertised as a method by which a car can be run on water. However, this is misleading since water is only being used, via the above method, to augment the burning of petrol.

Another misleading aspect of the presentation is that an illustration shows the various components involved in the set-up. A person might tend to think that they will be getting those components with the purchase, when in reality, the book merely tells where to source those off-the-shelf components.

Some argue that the book is a waste of money because all the information is available for free on the web. There are indeed several such sources compiled, so the issue becomes, Is this source worth the money they are charging?

There is an affiliate relation available with the Water4Gas book, for those with websites, whereby they can earn around 50% from each sale. According to the Water4Gas.com site, one person in Texas allegedly earned $17,000 in one month as an affiliate, promoting the product.

What can be said in support of Water4Gas is that it gets people thinking about such things, and is a good start -- better than nothing -- for those who might not do their homework first to find some of these other, often superior alternatives. -- Sterling D. Allan (March 10, 2008)

Smack Booster design is better

On Apr 6, 2008, James W Powell wrote (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Hydroxy/message/13302):

Their design is inferior to everything you will find and learn about on here (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/hydroxy/). I built ONE of their SS wire mason jar pieces of crap just to test it's output, and I even used KOH(a much better electrolyte) instead of baking soda which they recommend. The result was .5L or 500ml in 4.5 mins. That is why they recommend daisy chaining 6 of them together to get any decent amount of output of hydroxy.

I would recommend the Smack Booster instead of the water4gas junk. It is of superior design and when conditioned can put out as much as 1.7L/min. Just ask Smack, he will give you the low down on his vs theirs. But quite honestly, there is no comparison to theirs vs his, Smack's rules, water4gas drools!

Just my humble opinion based on my personal observations.

found it lacking

On Apr 6, 2008, Tim Bidlack wrote (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Hydroxy/message/13362):

I too have put the water4gas to the test and found it lacking. I think they are using the air inlet to get much the same results that you would get with the old water injection setups from back in the day. I am currently building a Smack. Hope to have the plates conditioned by the weekend and do some road tests in a non computer car. I will post all my findings here as they happen. The only down side is I guess I must have had a blond moment when putting my smack together cause I can't seem to get past 1 LPM, maybe with conditioning. But whatever the output it's 10 times the water4gas unit!

Barely Works

On Mar. 9, 2008, mikeyfrano wrote (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/WorkingWatercar/message/2010):

Its a scam. My buddy bought it and he says everything is already on the net. His [Ozzy's] little wire design dosnt work worth a crap... The first electolizer I built put out way more in 5 sec. than that thing could in 5 days.....

Low Output

On Mar 9, 2008, itsafreeman8 wrote (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/WorkingWatercar/message/2005):

The book is OK, if you have the money to spare. It does present a consolidation of ideas, saving time wading through the mish mash of info available.

I would not spend the money, if I had it to do over again. The unit has a low output, requiring added pressure to get the gas to the engine. Although I bought a commercial unit.

Where's the Data?

On Mar 10, 2008, pvar06 wrote:

I just wanted to understand how the water4gas is every where without any proved data. I have never seen any gas production data from them. Only this is that they are showing some testimonial in one single large html page.

Just do it!

On Mar 19, 2008, Uv0jrl wrote:

Main thing is to just go ahead and make an H booster? The devil is in the details and a lot of time and money can be spent figuring them out. Regardless of the design...if just starting out...it's best to go with a known booster design...rather than "inventing" one from scratch? And any H booster is going to be part of an mpg "system". And getting the system to improve mpg is the real issue and the difficulty...not just throwing major gas at an engine.

As a beginner...build one according to instructions...then get creative next time around?

Arguing over the best, or the most ideal booster, or the one that cranks out the most gas is pointless.

And there is such a thing as "opportunity cost". This means that while you are trying to get a booster to work and spending $ on it...you aren't saving on gas expenses.

Aggressive Marketing

On Mar 9, 2008 Bob Boyce wrote:

It's called aggressive marketing. Anyone can sell just about anything, no matter good or how bad, if they market it aggressively enough. You just have to spread the word that the product is "awesome", whether true or not, and the public will beat a path to your door.

Race Doesn't Go to the Swift

How Does It Work?

On Mar 11, 2008, Dale Pond wrote (http://www.svpvril.com/index.html):

Quite simple actually (assuming it is all for real as presented). You've all heard of the Law of Attraction (http://www.svpvril.com/Cosmology/cos9.html#P9s8) from the film The Secret - meet its mirror twin the Law of Repulsion:

Law of Repulsion (http://www.svpvril.com/Cosmology/cos9.html#P9s10)

This law reveals a basic concept behind the operative principle of how a small amount of specially produced gas can have a larger effect than a larger quantity of ordinarily produced gas. More details are included in an updated version of the above document linked here:

Ozzie's Response

On March 10, 2008, in reply to some of the above comments, Ozzie Freedom wrote (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Hydroxy/message/11440):

Good question. Water4Gas has such low production per jar that it is hard to measure... It's about 1 LPH, per jar, if you're lucky. Now if you use my 6-pack design, you may be able to multiply that by 10-12 times. If you done it right. Is that little? "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn", said Clark Gable: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ_lmVrRUVY

Why don't I give a damn? And why shouldn't you? Because results talk, and the rest walks. That's why Water4Gas is all over the place: we talk results and we talk simplicity rather than science. I'm not against ANY member of this forum who knows a lot more than myself, and definitely more than the public. And I love science. But I know that THE PUBLIC needs and wants results.

How come my 6-pack boosts Carter Blankenship's truck, a 12.7 liter turbo-charged giant, by 26%? Do you think I can explain that? If I needed to explain WHY or even HOW it works, I'd be out of business 2 years ago. I have only a faint clew how it works. But I do know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that these results are real. The "new" science is RESULTS=SCIENTIFIC TRUTH. If you think this is BS, try to tell it to the people sending me their success stories or bringing their vehicles over to show me successful installations.

Regarding the coil, it does NOT get hot one bit! Why would it get hot? There's hardly any current going thru the wire - the current jumps thru the electrolyte, not thru the wires. And 2 amps is nothing anyway. The coil is used for two main reasons: (1) it can be manufactured cheaply by hand, and (2) it produces a magnetic field that helps split the water thus reducing energy input requirements. It was the genius of Bill Lang to gamble on this design.

So when you ask "Can any body explain, how their system works?", that's a valid question! I want to know too! I'll accept any sound explanation on HOW IT DOES WORK. However, as you may have guessed, I have zero interest in how IT DOES NOT WORK. Because there no such question. Arguing with success is dead end futile.

Right now our yearly sales exceed 4.5 mil. Yes, US dollars. And refunds dropped from 1-2% to near zero. The 1-week-old "Water4Gas University" already has 4,800 active students and growing by 500 students a day. You can envy water4gas, or curse our mothers and so forth, or you can join the revolution and be part of the success by promoting us for a fat profit share.

Again, there is NOTHING wrong with any other design or direction, we're all supporting each other in more ways than one. Boyce design and Smack's design, between others, are excellent! All that Water4Gas is doing is cutting the complexity down to exactly the entry level the public needs. Anybody with NO MACHINES, with two broken pliers and half a brain, can build a jar with some wires inside. And get results. Now. Not when they are wise and skilled. Just now.

And the next step is, they'll be ready for your better and higher designs. Because we're opening the doors for your better systems by bringing the belief level back from the dead.

Use Gains to Help Educate About Alternatives

On Mar 11, 2008, James Allen responded:

You said it all in one word: envy. Your success at shrewdly marketing something that you waltzed into has many of us envious. However, I maintain that if you use your shewdly-gotten gains in a beneficial way, like paying for ads or infomercials that also educate the public in the non-Ozzie truth about water fuel, you can redeem yourself from your sickening success.

Supporting Hundreds of Families

On Mar 14, 2008, Ozzie Freedom, Founder & CEO of Water4Gas.com, wrote:

I said we're making millions, but people got the wrong idea that I am a millionaire myself. Here's a correction:

1. Half of our gross income goes to affiliates, so we're feeding many hundreds of families. Not to mention how many jobs we have created for manufacturers (900 registered, but who knows how many more there are now).

2. My company, 1 Freedom, has turned into a corporation last week (1 Freedom Inc.), and that corporation is now in the process of turning into a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. All these millions are going into charity!!! All I took for myself in the past 6 months was a pair of shoes.

3. The executives of the corporation, myself included, are working 7 days a week till midnight and beyond in the public service, not to get rich. We invest a lot in R&D and new products are coming up very soon. And they are coming with the same spirit of giving rather than taking - since we have a policy of no patents, anybody can build a business around our models - and that's exactly what the public is doing now.

The secret of our success is giving more than we take. And to whoever bad-mouths Water4Gas I'd say that the surest way for you to stay small is to give little and criticize givers.

Why pay for something that is available (from yourselves) free of charge?!

On April 6, 2008, flayman wrote:

After I placed my order I discovered that what I had paid for was nothing more than a hidden URL. The URL is freely available on the water4gas website without any login required. All of the information that is for sale is in fact for free. I do not feel it is my place to disclose the URL. I do actually think the information is worth paying for (although now I know that similar and possibly better information is already public), but I resent paying for something that is not even access restricted. I have requested a refund from ClickBank and I had sure better receive it.
