Preface

The control aspects of energy are readily apparent today........... this was not always so......... The abundance of cheap availability and the ability to acquire 'energy' precluded most from examining, what energy was and how it could be acquired 'effortlessly.' Most of us recognize energy as current flowing inside of a circuit, or as motive power, (generators, motors, and machinery) having the ability to perform useful and productive work. Due to the advancement of 'modern' science and current schools of thought, we now have the ability to convert 'light' directly into electrical power. We can harness the wind to rotate a 'rotating magnetic field,' or harness the waterfall, which we believe 'generates' electron flow from the magnetic field formed by such rotation. Nikola Tesla discovered soon thereafter, that what the generators actually did was to establish a powerful 'dipole' enabling the quick extraction of energy directly from the source (space-time) without the intervention of special effects or manipulative technologies. Tesla thereafter, attempted to develop such modes, negating the necessity of 'fuel' or the necessity of harnessing 'light' or of the need to harness the 'waterwheels' of Niagara Falls. His goal was harnessing to the very source of the 'energy'.........the 'Creation' itself, from the rotation of the Earth, to the rotation of the Milky Way, and then to the very source of fundamental power, the very "light" of the Creation itself, the very "fabric" of "space-time" itself. He succeeded, and was ultimately suppressed, by those who conspired to curtail such development. His suppressors were so afraid of this discovery, that they not only suppressed Tesla, but ultimately murdered him.

Introduction

From ‘first principles,’ it is understood that the ‘law of conservation of energy’ defines the foundation and the bedrock upon which modern physics has constructed its edifice of science proofs. So let us examine the ‘law of conservation of energy.’ The history of the origin of the ‘law of conservation of energy’ is interesting in its controversy, in that it was fundamentally rejected initially. Most people don’t even know Julius Robert von Mayer, who coined the phrase: "Energy can neither be created, nor destroyed"

Mayer's discovery was so novel and so important, that he was 'Knighted' and awarded an honorary doctorate. His discoveries were initially attributed to James Prescott Joule, and only later discovered to be Mayer's priority of art.

Energy as we know it, has been defined, promulgated and ultimately articulated by three primary individuals, who established the power dynamics we presently use today. Michael Faraday discovered that magnetism can generate force known as electrical current in a copper wire. James Clerk Maxwell discovered that ‘light’ is an ‘electromagnetic wave’ and ultimately promulgated his partial ‘unified field theory’ using quaternion logic as his ultimate reference. Observing Faraday, while attending several of his Royal Institution lectures, James Clerk Maxwell painstakingly, codified those lectures into mathematical laws and structured the known physics that we currently use to generate the precious power, we so carelessly take for granted. Nikola Tesla, having studied Faraday’s physics and Maxwell’s equations, ultimately defined our present 20th century electrical engineering system, utilizing his then ‘novelty of fact’ science and physics known as ‘alternating current.’ Only after great difficulty and overcoming tremendous obstacles and obstruction by very powerful interests, did Tesla, ultimately define our modern age of power generation. Without the benefaction of these three magnificent primary individuals, we would not have advanced, nor developed our ‘modern’ age of industrialization. It is understood, that, we owe our present and recent past (the last one hundred and fifty years) to these three (3) superlative individuals, who primarily established our ‘modern age’ and advanced the civilization of this planet Earth that we live on. Without their knowledge, and perseverance, we would not have succeeded, as an industrialized highly advanced civilization. Billions of individuals might never have benefited from the electrification provided by their fertile ’mindset.’

The ‘war of the currents’ regarding the methodology of electrical transmission, essentially was a war between Edison and Tesla. Both Edison (DC) and Tesla (AC) provided their ‘novelty of fact’ in the form of ‘Electricity’ provided via a generating system powered by an ‘Energy’ source. They differed as to the methods applied, regarding the change in form of energy. Edison required fuel to sustain his paradigm, while Tesla harnessed one of the fundamentals of nature as his ‘wheelwork.’ Tesla in essence, allowed ‘nature’ to sustain his paradigm, articulating the benefit of the Niagara Falls to establish a natural basis for power transformation.

It is interesting to note, that, we really don’t know what ‘electricity’ is, neither do we understand the nature of ‘energy,’ which is significant, due to the fact of its worldwide use and necessity. Understanding ‘energy’ is probably the single most important factor in solving our ‘energy’ crisis. Understand ‘energy’ and we will ultimately understand how to solve our ‘energy’ crisis.

It may perk your interest to know that the Laws of Thermodynamics are not absolute. The fundamentals do not always apply. There is a problem with our current understanding of the Laws of Thermodynamics that needs to be addressed. To be quite frank, The "Educated Idiots" Have Missed The Point Completely.

As a youngster growing up within the United States, I knew instinctively, that something was wrong, we were not being taught modern physics or modern sciences. Everything was presented as if from the past, as pure history. It seemed odd, that, even though significant individuals were receiving Nobel Prizes for significant discoveries in Physics, none of those discoveries translated into newer ‘novelty of fact’ technologies. Information from the physics departments of most universities never made it across the hall to the electrical engineering classrooms. Thermodynamics wasn’t even a requirement for electrical engineers, who merely received a cursory introduction, and then were not required to look into it further.

I believe that it is necessary to correct that anomaly, and to provide the missing links of data, showing the vitality of those discoveries and how they could lead to a more robust future, if and when the powers that be are willing to acknowledge those deprivations. So let us begin to provide the missing data and links to reestablish the congruity and indivisibility of physics and power systems. Our future depends upon it.

So let us look at the advances in physics that have been ignored, to our peril.

Breaking News: Three Physicists Receive Nobel Prize (Broken Symmetry) [October 8, 2008]

"Lee and Yang received a Nobel Prize in 1957 for their work in broken symmetry and the weak interaction. One of the broken symmetries that was proven was that of opposite charges -- such as are on the ends of a dipole."

"The very words "broken symmetry" in power systems implies that something virtual has become observable. In other words, the charges of the dipole continually absorb virtual photons from the seething vacuum (that is proven and well-known, and one does not have to prove it again). The spin of the charges then coherently integrates that absorbed virtual energy into real, observable EM energy. The dipole thus pours out EM energy in all directions at the speed of light. Let it alone and don't destroy it, and it will pour out that energy indefinitely. The dipoles in the original matter in the universe have been doing that for some 14 billion years or so. We used that fact of broken symmetry of opposite charges, together with the known clustering of virtual charges of opposite sign around any "isolated" observable charge, to treat the observable charge as a set of composite dipoles. Hence this finally explained the long-vexing source charge problem: how does a charge just sit there and pour out energy in all directions at the speed of light, establishing its associated fields and potentials and all that energy in them? In non-equilibrium thermodynamics, it is well-known and recognized that the second law can be violated, even by simple strong gradients. E.g., a listing of several areas known to allow violation of the second law, is given by Dilip Kondepudi and Ilya Prigogine, in Modern Thermodynamics: From Heat Engines to Dissipative Structures. (Wiley, New York, 1998, reprinted with corrections 1999, p. 459.)

"One general point to note about the First Law and the Second Law is that both laws must be local laws. In fact, to be compatible with the principle of relativity, and to be valid regardless of the observer's state of motion, these laws must be local. Nonlocal laws of energy conservation or of entropy production are inadmissible because the notion of simultaneity is relative. Consider two parts of a system spatially separated by some nonzero distance. If changes in energy du1 and du2 occur in these two parts simultaneously in one frame of reference so that du1 + du2 = 0, the energy is conserved. However, in another frame of reference that is in motion with respect to the first, the two changes in energy will not occur simultaneously. Our currently accepted knowledge of the laws of thermodynamics is inadequate to address ‘novelty of fact’ attributes recently uncovered by our modern physicists, many of whom have stated categorically that there are significant aspects of our understanding that need to be updated and clarified. The nature of ‘energy’ needs to be fully addressed and more adequately understood in explanatory terms and terminology cognizant of their recent discoveries and exploratory research, such as those of Ilya Prigogine and Richard P. Feymann.

The best reference(s) are by, or involve, Nobelist Ilya Prigogine who was one of the main scientists that established the far more modern thermodynamics of systems far from equilibrium." Here are a few pertinent quotes for openers:

Hilbert, D. Quoting: "I assert... that for the general theory of relativity, i.e., in the case of general invariance of the Hamiltonian function, energy equations... corresponding to the energy equations in orthogonally invariant theories do not exist at all. Logunov and Loskutov. Quoting, p. 179. "In formulating the equivalence principle, Einstein actually abandoned the idea of the gravitational field as a Faraday-Maxwell field, and this is reflected in the pseudotensorial characterization of the gravitational field that he introduced. Hilbert was the first to draw attention to the consequences of this. … Unfortunately, … Hilbert was evidently not understood by his contemporaries, since neither Einstein himself nor other physicists recognized the fact that in general relativity conservation laws for energy, momentum, and angular momentum are in principle impossible." ENERGY

Energy, clearly, is not recognized, nor understood, as a formal precise definition, defined absolutely as cognizable definable value. Our established physicists and scientists have no clear, precise, definition of what ‘energy’ actually IS. Neither do our established electrical engineers have a clear ‘no quibble’ precise definition of ‘electricity.’ They simply do not have a solid handle on the subject-matter of the science they claim to represent. So let us examine the subject-matter of ENERGY from the perspective of our recent ‘novelty of fact’ discoveries.

The Pundits, Naysayers and erstwhile Detractors have stated repeatedly that "Cold Fusion" and "Energy From The Vacuum" is "garbage science," "fraud" and against the "Laws of Physics." However, they have a problem with their pontification, from solid, demonstrable, evidence, verifying the efficacy and the reality of both genuine "novelty of fact" discoveries. Eugene Mallove and Thomas Eugene Bearden both provided SOLID evidence in support of their arguments WITH documentation. Jean-Louis Naudin subsequently, provided his own substantiated, verified documentation, sustaining the argument of such ‘novelty of fact’ SCIENCE, cracking open the flood gates of our present science paradigm, enabling future generations of engineers and scientists to establish what Nikola Tesla, demonstrated, as coming from the very "wheelwork of nature." The only impediment (currently) preventing such ‘novelty of fact’ discovery from becoming ‘breakthrough’ science, is the ‘control’ paradigm (presently) already established throughout our world on planet EARTH hidden behind masks of deception and obfuscation.

So where does the 'energy' come from to enable these 'novelty of fact' discoveries?

In my analysis of the construct of ‘space-time,’ I concluded that the ‘creation’ is one big perpetual motion machine. Subscribing to Sir Isaac Newton’s first law of motion, I discovered a significant ‘novelty of fact,’ that the initial origination of ‘space-time’ established an all pervasive ‘fabric’ of ‘energy’ pertaining to the initial ‘fabric of the construct of space-time itself.

The physics of energy has actually progressed during my lifetime, but one would not know that from our current textbooks. The discovery of ‘broken symmetry’ was already acknowledged and a significant Nobel Prize awarded. Broken symmetry in a nutshell exposed a significant development, for it established that the virtual energy of space-time became observable within the mechanism of the dipole. Create a dipole (+ -) anywhere within space-time and ‘energy’ would pour out of that dipole (+ -) forever in all directions and for free.

Gabriel Kron demonstrated this, when he designed his ‘open-path’ circuit at General Electric for the Minuteman Missile, enabling uninterrupted ‘free energy’ to power and to sustain the missile in flight until it reached its target.

The control of Energy is a paradigm of epic proportions, from Positive Earth to Negative Ground, from the beauty of ‘Symmetry’ to the freedom of ‘Asymmetry,’ ENERGY has been structured to fit a singularity of purpose, to control and limit MANKIND within a straight-jacket of conformity. We have been taught that only one method of ENERGY conformance is acceptable and appropriate, when other alternatives are clearly available, which would enable MANKIND the greatest FREEDOM possible. The ability to ‘come, go, be, think and do’ as free individuals, without the need for fuel, without the need to ‘pay as you go’ protocols, Mankind CAN structure ENERGY to fit the basic need it craves, freedom to choose its own destiny, without the benefaction of ‘corporations’ and the ‘bankers’ that fund them. We can choose to live ‘within the box’ of acceptability structured by John Ambrose Fleming, who conspired with J. P. Morgan to structure ENERGY to require ‘fuel’ ‘continuously’ to ‘maintain’ ENERY flow, OR, we can choose to ‘step outside of the box’ of acceptability, by adapting the ‘radiant’ method of Nikola Tesla, who recognized that ‘fuel’ was an unnecessary ingredient in the ENERGY equation, recognizing that there are significant alternatives, readily available to those who aspire to do so. One such individual who has done just that, is John C. Bedini, having demonstrated that ‘self powering systems’ are permissible, are practical, and more importantly, ARE Doable, RIGHT NOW. All that is needed, is the will to do so, in spite of the ‘structured thinking’ of the ‘control’ paradigm. ENERGY freely derived, is ENERGY freely obtained. What is needed is the will to do so, and the authority to breakout of the ‘straight jacket’ of ‘conformity.’

Very much appreciated, and so is your own devotion to documenting your outstanding work!

I still think that this escalating energy crisis will eventually force some higher-level attention to subjects such as watergas, and the Aharonov-Bohm Effect as a source of free energy (if arranged correctly in an asymmetric circuit), and Energy from the Vacuum a priori.

If we can just get high level PHYSICS attention to breaking up that artificial 1892 Lorentz symmetrization, the resulting expanding model would immediately begin freeing up our younger and brighter electrical engineers to developing the long-neglected asymmetric circuits.

And if that happens, that spells the end of the world energy crisis, the stranglehold of oil on our economy, etc.

Then if we can just get the negative energy and negative probabilities put back into physics, that will in turn unleash precursor engineering -- the ability to directly engineer physical reality itself.

I hope it happens in my lifetime, but if not, then I certainly hope it happens soon after.

I'm awed by the manifest manifold references and documentation that you have provided within your substantiated and substantial work, regarding all of the topics listed within your 'primary sourced' work and 'primary due diligence.' Yours is truly first rate 'novelty of fact' references, documentation, regarding the true nature of 'energy' systems. I wish to thank you for setting me straight regarding 'energy from the vacuum' systems. I'm speechless, regarding the magnificent presentation of your qualified arguments, sustaining your sourced references within your published works. I have copies of 'Energy From The Vacuum,' 'Free Energy Generation' and 'Oblivion.' These are now my primary source references, along with your significant papers on your website. Those that are critical of your presentations and documentation, have no place, nor part in your disposition, expertise and perspective. For if they were able to sustain qualified arguments in opposition to your references, they would have to draw upon the "Creator" himself for such references.

I have been twice blessed in life, with respect to 'discovery,' since, discovery is the birthchild of anomaly. My ability to recognize anomaly, prepared me for a life of anticipation and mystery, regarding a search for answers pertaining my relationship with two of the finest gentlemen (Thomas E.
