Capacitors vs. batteries
Will the system work as described if the batteries are replaced with capacitors? One of the capacitors would need to be fully charged initially to function as the "input battery". If the system works as stated, the second, uncharged, capacitor will function as the "output battery". Switching the capacitors would follow the same procedure as switching the batteries. A successful test using capacitors instead of batteries should do even more to remove doubt regarding the validity of the system.
