Epoch Energy Technology Corp is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of Oxy-hydrogen gas generators and solar water heaters. They have developed a method by which ordinary soft water can be instantly transformed into oxygen-hydrogen fuel.

Before voting the technology to be somewhere on the top 100 scale, it would seem important to know more about the input/output ratio.
How much electricity do these generators need to produce how much gas?
How does the gas compare to pure hydrogen and /or to gasoline in energy content?
In other words, what is the energetic efficiency of the technology.
