This 'Pulsed Electromagnetic Healing' is very 'behind the times' compared to the SCENAR which was developed by the former Soviet Space agency. The SCENAR was designed to take the place of an actual medical doctor for Soviet space astronauts. The SCENAR is the size of a TV remote control and runs on batteries.
