Upon brief inspection, New Energy Congress member, Ken Rauen said: "I have not worked through the numbers, but have looked at the mechanism. I do not see any new source of energy coming in and only a shaft input that sloshes some hydraulic fluid around. I suspect there is a flaw in the numbers."
