So what are all these perpetual motion schemes doing on what otherwise seems a serious wiki? Is this anti-renewable propaganda?
- Unfortunately, we've not been able to give adequate attention to the Top10 page. That is why we launched last night the New Energy Congress initiative -- to screen through the myriad of claims and come up with a serious list of recommended technologies.
